Once an order is received from a customer, we prompt you to choose your own drivers or select one of our third-party logistics operators to deliver the order to the customer. Once the third-party operator is selected, the system will take care of the rest. You just need to prepare the food and wait for the rider to collect and deliver to the customer.

Restaurants have the full freedom to decide to use their own riders or use our third-party logistics companies to deliver the order. As such, the customer pays a delivery fee which is passed directly to the restaurants to cover the logistics costs. The delivery range is set for a 5 kms straight-line radius from the location of the restaurant. The restaurant could also choose to increase the radius if they use their own riders to deliver the orders.
