Absolutely, yes! We are always happy to hear your recommendations of the venues you would like to have on the app. You can simply click on top left burger icon on the homepage, select ‘recommend a venue’ in the dropdown and then fill in the details. Once we receive your request, we will be on-the-job to bring the restaurant on Repeat.
Packaging always depends on the type of food and restaurant you are ordering from. Restaurants take great care to use packaging that maintains the correct temperature for as long as possible.

Yes you can! To refer Repeat to a friend, you just have to click on the top left burger icon, select share and it will directly connect to your WhatsApp where you can share the app link with your friends and groups.

With every purchase you earn ‘Repeat coins’ (AED 1 = Coin 1), which can be used to buy-back the highest tier of rewards in case you missed to visit or order in time.
Rewards are calculated based on frequency. So, every time you visit or order, you climb back to the top of the reward tier. But if you miss to order or visit within the allotted time frame for each tier, you will keep losing the level. Thus, the more you visit, the more you earn, the more you save.
Every restaurant has 3-4 reward tiers that consist of different offer percentages reserved for a limited period of time until the next visit.
With every purchase you earn ‘Repeat coins’ (AED 1 = Coin 1). These coins can be used to buy-back the expired tier of rewards; in case you missed to visit or order in the limited time period.
Every use of Repeat earns you coins, and these coins can be used to buy back the expired reward tier. In the example provided, the user finds himself in level 2, and has earned 220 coins from his last visit. The user is eligible to ‘buy back’ the 25% discount by using the earned 200 coins.
Repeat coins are showcased on the top right of every restaurant’s page. These coins are earned and can be spent on the same brand and branch.
Click the search button on the top right of the homepage. You can search your favorite restaurant by name, location, cuisine and more.
The initial feed you will see on the app will be personalized and geo-targeted based on location and likings. However, you can see all the restaurants on the search page or homepage scroller, which is categorized by cuisines.
You can use Repeat unlimited times, for free. However, the last order or delivery completely depends on the restaurant’s closing hours. For dine-in, we always have a buffer time post the restaurant takes the last order, to avoid inconvenience. For delivery, in certain cases, the restaurant can pause it due to a busy kitchen.
Repeat offers are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotions or already discounted menu options. Repeat offers can be used only if you are above the minimum order criteria.
Whether you tip or not is completely up to you. You can tip in the app when placing your order or tip in cash when the rider delivers your food. Riders receive 100% of all tips.
Yes, we have, however the amount may vary depending on which restaurant you are ordering from. The minimum order is always mentioned on the restaurant main page.
You can see your order as a small notification on the homepage. You can also track the order updates on the app.
Yes! Click on the top left burger icon on the home page of the app, select ‘my history’ and you will find all the details about the restaurants you used repeat for, the food you ate, the amount you spent etc.
We have a dedicated ‘Repeat team’ that looks after your entire experience, from the moment you place an order right through to it arriving at your location.

You can contact our Customer Service team via the Help function in the app and we will do our best to make sure you get all the items you want added to your order.
Please be assured where we can, we will always try and proactively call you if we become aware that your order might not arrive within the estimated time of delivery, and our team will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
If you think that you would not be able to receive your order at the delivery address, please let us know by using the chatbot in the Repeat app.
The rider will always try to call you if there is an issue once they reach your delivery address. If they are unable to contact you, our Customer Service team will try and reach you via phone and email. Please check your emails during the delivery time for any updates incase you miss the calls.
If we cannot contact you and are unable to deliver the order, your rider will wait for up to 10 minutes before leaving. In this event, you will still be charged for your order. To prevent this from happening, it is always a good idea to double-check your contact and address details.
The closer you are to the restaurant, the lower your delivery fee. Some restaurants use their own delivery drivers. In that case, the restaurant sets its own delivery fee.
If you have specific allergies and are concerned about any items on a menu, please double check the restaurant notes. In case you need more information, kindly check with the restaurant directly.

Yes, it can; if you are ordering for the same restaurant you usually visit. The benefit about being on Repeat is to have connecting cycle, giving you the best prices to enjoy your favorite food.

Yes, you can. For every purchase you make at a restaurant, either for delivery or dine-in you will earn Repeat coins, which can be used for buyback.
Once you’ve placed your order on the app, it will directly notify the restaurant to initiate preparation. Once it’s ready, a rider or the restaurant itself will bring it to your delivery address. We follow all health and safety precautions to ensure your safety.
Yes, we do. We have many different payment options to give you the best possible experience.
We encourage restaurants to always use the same pricing for delivery as they do for their in-house menu, although there may be exceptions. Pricing for each menu item is clearly displayed in the app. If you have any questions about menu pricing, please contact the restaurant directly.
Unfortunately, we do not have this feature activated. Visit the app to see which restaurants are available for delivery in your area.
